“I ordered 6 blinds all the same size. Customer service called to make sure I had measured correctly as I guess 6 the same might be unusual.I verified that I had measured each window and she said they would start production. My blinds arrived shortly after and everything is good. I appreciated the extra step of C.S. checking on the order. A good company to work with. This showed me that they go the extra mile.”

“Was able to use the previous hangers, so the cheap plastic ones were not used. There were plastic bottom hold down clips in package, but no way to use them. therefore they are hanging loose at the bottom. The rest of the blinds are fine.”
