“Our plans changed the day before we received the mini blinds so did not unbox or examine the blinds. I thought we just had a hundred dollars of unusable blinds but upon writing to customer service to explain we had sold the house and the new owners did not want the blinds, they informed us of the customer satisfaction clause. There was a small service fee but UPS was staggering charging nearly $30.00 to return the one box but it was still better than putting them in the landfill. Great Customer Service!!!!!”

“I ordered blinds for two windows and measured the windows myself. They fit the windows perfectly and I installed them myself. I highly recommend these blinds. I am very pleased with my purchase.”

“The order-specification tools on this site are easy to use and I could readily compare the prices against local stores to see that Blindster offered the best deal and the blinds were custom-fit to our windows!. The blinds are the highest quality that we've purchased in this style. The mounting brackets were good, but I wish slightly more robust design had been sourced, as our pre-war window frame are eccentric and made for a tough mount. I also would have enjoyed the option to add a motorized control that connected to my home-automation system.”
