“My 1st blind order was placed with a competitor of Blindsters. I was disappointed when it arrived because a scratch on the front of header had been touched up with a brush using the wrong shade of paint. When I informed them of the defect they offered to replace it IF I shipped it back to them (even though I emailed them pictures of the obvious blemish and discussed it on the phone with them) OR accept a coupon worth 10% off on my next order. I didn't choose either option. I repainted it my self. My next order was placed with Blindster. The header was bent in transit :( I sent Blindster an email and included pics of the defect. They responded within an hour with an apology and told me a replacement had been ordered. I was to keep or discard the defective one. My replacement arrived 2 weeks later in perfect condition. I am a happy customer. :)”

“I ordered this online since the window in my dining room was 73 inch and local stores carried only the 72 inch size. These were the best price with the shipping, but the aluminum is much thinner than the rest of my blinds. They look fine and the lighter weight made them easier to install.”

“In the beginning I only ordered for 3 windows figuring if they weren't what I expected I wouldn't be out a lot. I never measured or ordered custom blinds before, but these were just perfect....exactly what I wanted. I have placed two additional orders and plan to order more.”
