“I had i blind come damaged. I know it was fedex that damaged it. And just one thing, you hired fedex... not me. However, I would expect that a replacement would have been "Put to the front of the line" Blindster doesn't think that way. It took 2 times as long to get me replacement blind that it took to get my original ordewr. I was very unhappy about that. The blinds look great ,installed great but the service.... I will probably not come back in the future. Sorry.”

“Blindster exceeded our expectations on quality and value. Their instructions for measuring were simple and necessary. Just measuring the window isn't enough and so their extra measure of care in ensuring you agree to have used their measuring guidelines saved us! We had the custom blinds delivered to our doorstep within 2 weeks of ordering them. Installation was easy and they are beautiful. I have already recommended Blindster to family members as beating other on-line competitors for quality and service. We will definitely use them in the future.”
