“Does what we bought it for. Get rid of the new street light yet let the air flow in the night. The right and left are are slightly out of sync. but not enough to worry about.”

“The blinds were good quality, except two of the seven had a problem with the wand not turning the slats. I discovered that the white plastic pieces over each cord in the head rail had slipped forward. I moved them over the cords and pressed down to hold over the metal rod. This fixed the problem. One blind had a rod in the head rail that was too short to reach the farthest cord. I inserted a small piece if wood at the end of the rod, and the wand worked.”

“Purchased 1" aluminum blinds but ordered ordered wrong size. Customer service was very nice and helpful and sent new blinds. Before I installed new blinds first blind broke, did not open or close. Installed replacement, so far no issues. Blinds are very nice looking. Concerned About quality now thought. Overall good experience with customer service and the company. Waiting to see on quality be purchasing more.”
