“I needed to replace two aluminum line sets that were damaged on our boat I looked around to replace just the slats and did not find suitable replacement so I went to blindster.com and ordered Custom Blinds directly from the manufacturer. I found the process relatively easy I also request samples to try to match existing size and color and received the samples relatively quickly I also was able to place my order measuring my existing lines and then transferring that information to the online system. My only reservation would be the overall time for getting the blinds made and the lack of ability to track the order even though I received information online and through email I was never able to determine when the blinds or actually on their way and or delivered as I indicated these were for use on our live aboard boat so it was important for me to know how quickly we would get them over all my experience was good the cost was reasonable I would like to request a better way to track the order as it's being processed as is being packaged and shipped thank you”
