“I am quite impressed with Blindster, both the product and the service. UPS on the other hand disappointed me. Both of the boxes arrived with the tops torn off and the shades were actually hanging out of the boxes, I still can't believe that none of the four shades I purchased were damaged. UPS normally places any packages by my front door and rings the doorbell. This time they placed the two tore up cartons in front of my garage and ran.”

“Love them! Easy to install and operate. The only drawback was using Fed Ex for shipping. It took over 3 weeks from the time they shipped out until I received them. UPS would be a better option.”
