“Your product provides surprisingly great value, your sales staff is very helpful (especially Christian), but your sales process is crazy. Both times I have purchased blinds, a sale with better pricing showed up the next day. That made me crazy! In fact, the second time, THREE additional sales, with improved pricing, showed up in my mailbox before my order was delivered. (I only called for adjustment on the first.) Blinds aren't an item that gets "used up"; once I purchase what I need, I'm done for a while. When I see a better sale right after I purchase, I feel cheated. When I got my first set of blinds, I was telling friends about my "great find". (Several have houses for which the blinds have aged, and need replaced.) I have not only stopped doing that, but I've gone back and warned those I spoke to earlier about your crazy pricing.”

“Ordered Shades in Dove Gray on 11/30/2017. We received them on 12/22/2017 due to problem with material delivery to the factory. We were informed of the delay and were happy to wait. Installed them yesterday and we have a very happy wife. She is already looking at installing them in most of the windows in our house.We ordered the blinds due to a commercial we heard on the radio on the Rush Limbaugh show. They look great and time will tell about quality as we use them and we are sure they will outlast us. Thanks for a good product.”
