“Love, love, love the blinds... However, did have a problem with installing one that was not labeled front/back. Called customer service and rep was condescending and may have hung up on us....if she didn't hang up, we were accidentally disconnect...in which case she should have returned our call.”

“This product is beautifully made and very attractive. The blackout is great as we have a lot of lightning storms in our area and the shades completely wipe out the flashes. The only small problem was the installation instructions were not terribly clear. I'm very happy to have a handy husband that got them installed quickly once he deciphered them so we didn't have to call for assistance. Very satisfied with my new shades. Thank you.”

“I have been very pleased with these shades. When closed, you can not see through them at night. They were extremely easy to install. We are probably going to purchase more for other windows in our house.”
