“The shades I ordered arrived quickly & in excellent condition. Sadly, I mis-measured and had to re-order the correct size. The contact process was very easy, service rep responded quickly, confirmed the new sizes and advised me on additional charges & shipping to remake. Re-order shipped quickly.”

“We measured carefully and ordered 2 first to see if we liked them. It took almost a month to get them but we weren’t in a hurry. They were perfect so we ordered 10 more to complete the room. They arrived in less than 2 weeks. The double cellular adds much needed warmth (in the winter) to our room which is all windows. The light color keeps the room bright. My husband is handy so he was able to complete the installation in an afternoon. I would definitely buy again.”
