“I'm an 86-yr-old woman, so I needed a family member to install the blind. While I don't know what he experienced in doing it, I do know that I'm very pleased with the result. It is exactly what I wanted, so I will give 5 stars to all categories.”

“Quality is fine. Are they made in the USA? One tag says country of origin: TAIWAN. Other tags on shade say San Diego, CA and Houston, TX. So where are they actually manufactured? I bought them as I thought they were manufactured in the USA. Not sure at this time.”

“We have now done our entire house in the no tool blinds. We mostly use them to control heat gain and loss. There are a few windows where the sun can be annoying for a few hours, which was the original purpose. We have found that our energy bills can be controlled by use of the blinds without sacrificing the view.”

“Product is great. Customer service very good. The lack of communication for the long period of time to get blinds, not so good. I know, covid delays, it doesn't mean you have to stop communicating.”

“I needed shades for my French doors in the office/parrot room (don't ask...) These cordless cellular shades fit my needs very well and were not hard to install. DO follow directions to wipe off installation site with alcohol, though. In my eagerness to put these up, I forgot to wipe down the site for the first set of shades. Seemed to stick just fine -- for about 2 months. Fixed with a couple of strips of 3M heavy duty double sided foam tape.. The second shade is still hanging around like it's supposed to. Excellent value, excellent price and quality. I'd buy these again for sure!”
