“I ordered (4) blinds. One of them was very crooked (loose and sagging on the left-side) - mounting was level; the cord on the left-side had more slack than the right. It took seven emails and (6) photos with a customer support rep before a new blind was shipped. And, that has not yet arrived.”

“The quality is great. The lift function is smooth. The installation a snap. The reason for 4 stars instead of 5 is for the gap in the mounting head rail. I opted for the no tools installation because it appealed to me that I could avoid drilling holes in my custom woodwork. But when all said and done, there is a tiny gap that I wasn't expecting along the top between the woodwork and the metal head rail. It probably wouldn't bother most people, but for whatever reason it bothers me. It makes them feel cheap and unfinished, which is a bummer because I do like the actual shade.”
