“I had to move the bracket, even though I wasn't supposed to. It was crooked. I thought it would still hold, since it was touching the surface only slightly. Unfortunately, it didn't hold. I called customer service, and they sent me a replacement. Very satisfied. P.S. the phone number on the instructions was not the one I needed. I was given the correct one by a customer rep.”

“Overall the blinds are good. Unfortunately, I had to improvise because the incorrect mounting brackets were included with one of the blinds causing the robbed bracket blinds to fall off.”
