“Placed my order, a couple of days later they called and said the materials were in short supply so they upgraded my blinds. It did take a little longer (two weeks) than what I had hoped for. When order came the largest blind was the wrong color. Called the next day, they apologized and sent a new one. Got it in two days and told us to keep the other one or donate it. It took hubby 20 minutes to put up five blinds, very easy installation. Love them!”
