“The blinds are beautiful and easy to install but one of the 3 came unstuck after one day and fell down. A second one also got loose but I caught the blind before it fell out. I used some 3m tape to re-secure. I did request replacement adhesive through the website but have not received any response. I need to call but have not had the time. Customer service is usually great!”

“I bought these because our house is made of concrete and we didn't want to have to drill into it. The blinds we ordered are 6 ft wide and I was a little worried but I'm ready to buy more. They are extremely easy to install, just follow the directions. Make sure to mark where you're going to place the brackets because once they're on, they're not moving. That tape is like magic. We've had them for a few weeks now, we open and close each day, and we haven't had a problem. Live them!!”
