“I ordered blinds from Blindster about 5 years ago and the need for additional blinds came up. However, I did not know the color code or the actual name of the blinds. An e-mail to the customer service department brought all of the information that I needed. I was able to match the older blinds with the new ones and my wife is happy.”

“We bought the shades for 2 windows. One of which fit perfectly since the inside surface to mount was 1 1/2". The other window was only 1 3/8". We bought the window specifically because the website said it could mount with this small depth. It did not!”
