“The shades went up easy and fit perfectly. So far operation is smooth and trouble free. They didn't get an Excellent mostly due to cost and the written instructions that came with it were not great, online videos were helpful.”

“The installation instructions are not very good. There needs to be more actual pictures. Also, one of the interior strings became loosened so that the blind when it is up does not hang evenly. Very disappointed for over an $800 purchase.”

“Yes! This is my 2nd NTCBSCS and it gives me pride. My first one gave me hope in that I could hang this myself and solve my sun glare problem in my office. I did and I am proud. So I ordered my 2nd one for the dining room window to block the summer sun. It has done its job perfectly and has given me hope and pride in a self done no tools job well done.
