“The blackout shades in the Master Bedroom and the Guest-room are the pits! You cannot see a thing without turning on lights. We're not happy with them at all. We really need light filtering. It's terrible to think I've paid all that money and dislike them!”

“I never received these shades. I ordered and was billed for them but "due to covid" waited many weeks with no communication from the company. I did receive weekly emails to buy shades. I am sympathetic to the reasons for the delay but just let me know. NO communication after weeks of placing order.”
