Easy Installation (however we'll see how well the "sticky-back" hardware holds up). High quality product. My only concern is that the blinds have a tendency to extend and retract slightly less than perfectly level. I received instructions on how to correct that small issue and it helped, but they still are not what I would call perfectly level. All-in-all let me just say that I am ordering three more of the same blind--so I guess I musts be very satisfied. This company is a joy to work with and their customer service is second-to-none. I HIGHLY recommend them and their product. Incidentally, I have three motorized blinds from an earlier purchase and I am extraordinarily satisfied with them.

Purchased shades on line for the first time and was amazed really. Shipping was quick. Have ordered 3 times now due to the cost and living on a fixed income. But would get shades from here anytime. The No Tools Cordless Blackout Cellular Shades really really work. Sun in the morning equals no TV. No problem with these shades. Other room darkener shades did not work for me but these are great.

I made a mistake and ordered inside brackets instead of outside brackets. This was quickly remedied at no additional cost and the installtion went forward without a hitch.

Only been installed for a few short weeks, but so far, so good. Like the blackout option; works well, Like the cordless option, but not fond of the lift tabs. Installation was easy. Fit windows well as measured. Longer than anticipated wait time though. Like the color/that we were able to order samples

I had two separate orders. The first arrived and three out of four items were correct but the fourth was a totally different material. I was asked to send a foto of the problem which I did. I called two days later inquiring about my order and was told they didn't have the foto. (I returned it to the same address from which the request was sent} I sent another foto which was received. In all it took a month from the original order to a resolution. The second part of my order was packed inadequately and was damaged in transit. It was also missing a crucial piece. A foto was requested and sent. A couple of weeks later the missing piece and one damaged piece were received. One damaged piece was not sent and two unwanted pieces were also included. I glued the broken end cap back together as I didn't want to go through the hassle anymore. Good product but customer service needs work. Hello, management.
