“After almost 3 weeks, I had no blinds. I contacted them and they told me the blinds that I ordered were not available and they would be sending me different ones that were very similar. If I would not have called them, who knows if they would have let me know this. So, after almost 4 weeks, I finally got my blinds. I live in the Desert and with triple digit temps, and no blinds, this really was hard to handle, especially when I should have gotten my blinds in at the latest, 2 weeks. My electric bill was 500 dollars, partly due to not having blinds.”
