“My "No Tools" order omitted the "No Tools" hardware but included a box of screws. The shipping carton and the inner product wrap both carried red "No Tools" stickers but the adhesive mounts were missing. I knew what to expect because I previously bought No Tool shade. Presumably, customer service will send what I need to do the install but for now there is no window shade.”

“Shades look great up, clean lines and simple. They fit very well. Order was delivered earlier than expected. I added 1/4" to the length which I would recommend. One thing I didn't pay enough attention to was the depth of the head rail. The shades were a little too deep for my windows, but was able to compensate by moving the brackets. Will pay more attention to this next time. I'll definitely use this site again!”
