Hey Ronald, we're happy installation was easy but that shade shouldn't be crooked. I'll follow up with you to see what we can do about getting that fixed!

“This was over all are a great blind for the money. Looks very nice, not long to install and fairly fast arrival considering I got during the big holiday sale. Only two problems, 1: two of the blinds do not stay up evenly at the top when in up position, one side is slightly lower making them a little lopsided; 2: the end pieces that keep the blinds from sliding out of metal bar come off easily and we lost one in a place we are unable to retrieve. I would buy again given these two things because they do work well and look sharp.”
