“I previously posted a 3 star rating because one of the blinds adhesive glue did not hold. Their customer care depart jumped on this and immediately took action wanting to know the problem, without asking they discounted me further, sent more corrective parts than what I needed. The issue was a minor one, but he company independently took exceptional action to take care of me and the situation. Amazing response! Buy with confidence that if there is a problem, you are in excellent hands.”

“Fairly easy to install, look great. The only thing that I didn't like was that the handle to pull down or push up the shade is loose fitting and slides around.”

“This shade solved my problem of allowing light but not heat & sun coming thru my bathroom window. I didn't realize my window frame was not smooth, which is necessary for good adhesion. Rather than sanding it smooth, I solved the problem by screwing a thin (1/8" thick) board into the top of the window frame. It worked perfectly. The shade is attractive & a good bargain. I recommend it!”
