“We ordered 2 sets of blinds; one was perfect, the other problematic. We contacted Blindster, and answered questions intended to correct the problem. When Blindster could not resolve our problem, they immediately replaced the faulty blind! I will order blinds from them as I renovate other rooms in our home.”

“they were beautiful. unfortunately they wouldn't mount flush due to the type of window sill . I called them and they suggested a few things but it still didn't work out. They refunded me no questions they were amazing. I will be working with them to see what my alternatives are.”
