“Very much appreciate the help from the Customer Service Team in completing my order quickly and with great satisfaction! The production team could use a little help, though. Two of my blinds were the same length (60 1/8"), but one was made with an 84" cordless unit and the other with a 60" cordless unit. Just about returned the 60" cordless one because it wouldn't stay down until I pulled it out just about as far as it would go. So far, it's staying down, but I'm a bit nervous it won't stay over the years. (Though, I've heard they may actually get more relaxed with time). Surprising to see only one handle per blind--even on the blinds over 60" wide! Made it feel kind of cheap. Was given two handles per bottom rail (four per blind) on the day-night blinds I ordered from you a year ago. Still, overall, I'm pretty happy with my purchase!”

I'm sorry you weren't completely happy with your shades. There are troubleshooting tips that can help your cordless unit raise and lower better. I will call you to see what we can do.

“I've purchased Schaech before and they were excellent. I thought I was getting the same type of shade. The shades that were sent to me the bottom is way too heavy and the tension Spring does not suit the product”

“The shades look great and function well. But the little clear plastic piece that goes on the bottom that you grasp to raise and lower the shades doesn't quite fit properly. I also wish there were a solid flat piece to cover the top so dust doesn't collect inside.”
