“I recently ordered a new set of cordless shades to replace the ones I've had for nearly 9 years. They were starting to separate (Florida sun is really tough) and I had wisely purchased the lifetime guarantee (which is no longer available). The service people were very helpful in getting me nearly exact duplicates for no cost. I really like them, they look great and keep the sun from destroying my living room furniture.”

“A bit confusing on the instructions at first because there are 3 different installations methods on one instruction sheet. Also the instructions for the little handles just shows pictures and im not able to to get them on”
