“I think the blinds are pretty good, but why there is a gap from the top that lets light in is a wonder. I paid extra for blackout so I can sleep in the morning without light waking me up. The way they are designed, there is a gap from the top of the shade to the top of the mounting header. This is a pretty large gap that lets a lot of light through and it reflects through the top cover.”

I'm sorry you aren't happy with your shades. I will call you to get this resolved. A gap is normal with the Top Down Bottom Up feature but the gap is covered by valance and there should only be residual light.

“This is our second room using Blindster and these design blinds. The free color samples and accurate cuts made everything a breeze. And the price was far less than our local sources including the big-box stores, whose personnel were not very knowledgeable.”
