“I feel like I am doing all the work to correct a product that was delivered 7 inches too short of the measurements that I ordered. I started five days ago and they did not respond to either a direct email or a message sent via their website until I called. They then demanded pictures which I sent within 8 hours. Now, they say they are considering the matter and to be understanding. Mistakes happen but it is poor customer service when they delay addressing them.”
