“Pros: - Good responsive customer service - Good rates compared to other sites - Has the option to remake the blinds at $15 shipping cost. Which is great!! - Shipping is quick and fast - Quality of blinds is great although i still have to see how they fare in summer heat Cons: - Factory remains shut for almost 10 days end of December so if you order around that time you're out of luck.”

“I ordered 22 blinds on 11/29 and received on 12/19. It took little longer than what I expedited. Other than that, everything is good.”
