“Most expectation I had about the blinds I ordered were great. They were packaged well to prevent damage, however, there was a small dent at the bottom of the large blind. I also got on the phone with a sales lady and told her that I did not want the color gray as posted in your web site. I gave her all the details and specifications that I wanted because I couldn't figure out how to do it on my computer. I explained that I didn't want the gray color and that I wanted another color to match my bamboo blinds. He said that I could select the color I wanted from the color options. I can't remember the color code for the brownish color I selected on the phone with her. Anyway I used the blind you send me and I am keeping it because it takes too long to order another one. I am using it outdoors in my patio so I guess it's ok. I still wish I had received the color I ordered. The small blind I ordered for our kitchen is the right color and just beautiful. It's just right for our kitchen and my wife loves it.”
