“Of the six blinds I ordered, one was a 6 foot, vertical blind for my sliding door. It looked like it had been opened and retaped. Inside were no brackets for hanging, and no instructions. I called on Thursday October 27, and was told by the lady helping me that the brackets and instructions should arrive by November 1st. So far nothing! Because of that I only gave blindster a 4 rating, otherwise I'm really happy with my new blinds. Please get my brackets to me so I can finish up my project!”

“First time blind buyer and installer. Instruction pics could be a little better but once I got the gist of it, very easy install. They look great. Now I'm looking at other windows and considering my next purchase!”

“Honestly almost everything about these were great! The only issue I had was several blinds would not fully retract to the completely up position on one side. This left a gap at the top which was not acceptable, however, customer service replaced them free of charge. Only reason it is not a five star is that 30% of the blinds I ordered needed to be warrantied out. I hope that this is not everyone's experience and it was just a fluke for me.”
