“I needed a more custom blind for an odd sized window. Ive ordered from blindster multiple times in the past. The actual blinds are ok. Im just not a fan of the fact that the valence is cut to the same length as the blinds. That means its smaller in width than the window, which looks odd. It doesnt fully cover up what its supposed to cover up. I also dont like the little fat handle on the end of the turning rod. It makes it look old timey rather than sleek and modern. Its not pictured that way and I was hoping it was removable but it doesnt look like it is.”

“We had a re-model on a side-by-side duplex. I ordered 4 blinds for the first side. They were beautiful. My husband (the installer) was so thrilled about how easy they were to put up. I then ordered 4 more the the other apartment........Excellent!!! We are very happy with the product!!!”

“Cut perfectly...I have cancer & am going thru major treatment so we put them up on Sunday...I ordered 3 Antique White...one white...they said Antique White bit do not match...disappointed our bathroom bedroom hallway small kitchen windows were all perfect...my husband even notices the difference...I was going to message you sooner but have felt so lousy just had a six hour cancer treatment today... Again fit perfectly...but they are not Antique White... Thank you for your asking me today to respond... Linda & Paul Siebels”

“Other than the price being higher than we hoped to spend, it fits perfectly and appears well made. The only other thought we had....and this seems to be on any brand we've looked at....the wand to open and close ALWAYS is on the left! While it's not a huge deal...on some windows it would be so much better if on the right ( as in next to your bed).”

“We ordered eight blinds. One valance was an inch too short. We submitted a photo of it and the company had the correct dimensions for it from when we initially placed the order (the blind itself was correct). I expected that they would immediately respond by sending a replacement valance, but "the images have been forwarded to production for review." What is there to review?! It's obvious they sent the wrong valance. I guess I expected better customer service.”
