“Order processed as expected. Blinds are working wonderfully. Didn't know I could order a special "common valance" for multiple blinds on a set of 3 windows together. So when blinds were put up I wasn't excited about the 3 valances next to each other. Contacted customer service and they helped me out and sent me the common valance so only had 1 long valance instead of separate ones. They got it ordered and sent quickly. They didn't charge me for it. And it looks great!!! Thank you Blindster.com.”

“Overall the product is good. However, for longer blinds that require a center support there are issues. I was doing an internal install, and that support bracket needed to be screwed into the top of the windowsill. But the bracket does not have a way to do this easily--hole is too small for screws provided and there are no access holes for the driver. I had to figure a work-around. It would work fine attaching to a horizontal wall, but not designed for a sill top. Also, the sticker on the product was placed on the side that shows after install. And it is difficult to remove for appearances. This should be on the "wall" side of the product or made easier to remove. Thank you.”
