“Very nice looking blinds! I only gave 5 stars because they're a little awkward to pull down, nothing to really grab onto. I have big hands and fat fingers, so trying to grab the bottom rail to pull them down takes some getting used to. You have to get your fingers between the bottom rail and the bottom slat to pull them down. Maybe if the bottom rail was shaped differently with some grooves to grab onto, or maybe some type of handle would make them easier to pull down. And for the price, I expected the installation instructions to be a little more comprehensive and the illustrations a bit more detailed to take some of the guesswork out of it. Aside from that, they are very nice looking blinds. I'm hoping they last a long time.”

“I wish the zebra blinds matched the length for the scrolling type metal beaded cord, the plastic piece that is used for child choking safety, I had to take it off because it was longer than the height of the window so I was not able to secure it.”

The quality of the blinds themselves is really good for the price you pay. I've had high-end blinds and these are just as good as those.”
