“i do not like doing these reviews but here it goes. the first shipment had a broken part (the part with magnets that goes on top: the plastic that holds the screw was apparently broken during shipment?). the remaining 4 shipments were in good condition, so i am assuming fedex only cares about large shipments, and small shipments go to bottom of list and get more abuse? i wanted to boycott blindster because they advertise on limbaugh but i was too lazy to find another supplier. overall i was satisfied but there is always room for improvement. before i forget, the brackets only have enough room to install one screw per bracket, unless i am expected to do a lot of research and / or get more expensive cordless drill with extensions, etc?”

“This is my second order from Blindster - quality product, easy to install. We were so pleased with the first order, we ordered blinds for 3 more windows. I will not be dealing with the "box stores" anymore. I have a few more windows to upgrade the blinds on and will be using blindster - hopefully catch a sale....”
