“Was told by 3 agents blind was shipped on 8/6, but none were able to provide a tracking #, for good reason - the blind was not shipped. Only one agent of the 3 called me back after contacting the factory and talking with a supervisor who did approve overnight shipping. I received the blind on 8/15. The top header of the blind is bent.”

“Very nice quality blinds offered at a reasonable price. Made to order per provided specifications/dimensions. W had a very small problem with 2 of the 5 blinds and one of the valences initially received. Contacted customer service to let them know these items had been damaged during packaging or during shipping. They sent me replacement items quickly without any hassles at all. In my opinion, they far exceeded expectations since these were cosmetic issues that probably wouldn't have been noticed by anyone. I happened to notice the injured parts during unpacking and installation. These parts could also be repaired with a little time and material. Blindster.com does exactly what they say they will do in their ads. You cannot go wrong purchasing from this company. They are a little bit pricey without any discounts but they always run special sales to even things out. If I need any more blinds, Blindster.com will be my first choice without question. It is so refreshing to do business with a company that says what they will do and then carries through with the promise. Great big THUMBS UP!”
