“So the product itself is good quality and I don't really have any complaints about the blinds except that a couple of the blinds had some scrapes on them, but it's not worth trying to send them back. I must say this though, I would not buy these blinds at full price, because they are a little pricey. I do have an issue as to the ways things are handled this company. I placed my order in June for the white blinds and according to the order, production time was 7-9 business days. After not receiving information regarding shipment on Day 10, I called and asked about the status. At that time, I was told that they should ship the following Wednesday and I would receive the shipping confirmation. On Wednesday, instead of receiving an email that my order was shipped, I received an email stating that the white blinds were not in stock. I just found it extremely irritating that they waited until the day that I was told it would ship to inform of this. I was told that I would receive an additional 10% if I decided to keep my order and wait until August for the blinds to be in stock and then wait for production time. Even though it was extremely frustrating, I decided to keep my order and change it to the Antique White. The representative that I spoke to stated that she would put a rush on the order, which she definitely did, because I received my blinds at my home in about 1.5 weeks. It all worked out well, I just wish the process had been a little smoother. The installation is super easy and honestly my husband installed the so quickly and he currently has a broken finger. Overall, I am happy with my purchase.”

“I was disappointed in the feel of these blinds. I know they were some of the less expensive of the limited options available for the size we needed, but they feel thin and cheap. Also, I didn't like the placement of the open/close cord which was in the center of the unit. It's awkward to get to and then pull from behind, up and over the slats. And the movement of the open/close action seems jerky and stiff. I do like the way they look, so I'm glad for that.”
