“Fit was perfect. I had to repair the valance as the screws they applied to secure the magnets stripped the vinyl/plastic. The 'cordless' raising feature was not clear on the website but thought I wanted it. The user must stand in the center of the blind to raise it. This works nicely except we have a 6 ft desk in front of the window, so this blind will stay down.”

Hi Mark, I'm sorry to hear about the issue you had with your valance. This is covered under warranties so we will have an agent reach out to you about this. As for the cordless system, we do actually advise on the main page of the product under the "Product Details & Features" under the second bullet line advising, "Raise, lower, and lock in place with a patented push-button cordless lift system" along with images to view where the button is located and how it looks. However we do have our Guarantees that you can take advantage of as well if you are wanting to look into a different product selection. The agent will also discuss those options with you as well.
