“I am very happy with my blinds & my solar shade. However one of the magnets came off of its crown molded valance. Please tell me what I need to do to get that fixed. Thanks.”

“So far we have put of 2 of the 4 premium blinds we ordered and neither fit, they were approx. 1/8 too long and my husband had to break out his dremel and cut off a small piece to make them fit. I was under the impression that you made these about 1/4 inch shorter than the window but it seems I should have told you 1/4 inch less. Both sets hung up on rivet for the hinge in the side brackets. I do like the magnetic valances, as I broke two of the plastic clips on the deluxe blinds we ordered on this same order.”
