“The blinds themselves were very good. However, there was some minor damage that occurred during shipping. The blinds were 83 in wide, requiring a large package. This, in turn, made it vulnerable to damage. The frame and control rod were both bent. The good news, the rod was easily straightened, and the frame dent was on the wall side, so it is not visible. Bottom line, the larger the package, the more packing and padding required.”

“Blinds were received in sufficiently packed boxes....no damage. Probably should provide offset measurements if customer wants valance even with inside mount opening. Seems to be of good quality and cordless is the way to go!”
