“I was exceptionally happy with the order process, the delivery time, the installation, and the follow up with customer service. One of my valances was damaged during shipping and it was very easy to work with customer service and get a replacement sent immediately. I've used your company several times for blinds, and I've always been happy. I really appreciate the Personal Touch from customer service, and it was a huge Improvement when you made the valances attach via a magnet instead of those crazy plastic clips. Good job all around!”

“Love the blinds, I was missing some parts like one wand and the corner valance were two long and missing the clips. Called customer service and she will be sending me the missing parts. Customer service was very good”
