“I ordered three Premium Faux Wood blinds for a bay window in our dining room. The measuring instructions were easy to understand. I placed the order online and the entire process went very smoothly. I received an email when the blinds were shipped and they were received within a few days. My husband had no problem installing them, and the blinds look beautiful in the dining room. We are very pleased with this purchase.”

“There were no instructions in the boxes but I have blinds on all of my windows (11 of them) so I was familiar with how they are installed. Also, there were scratches on both blinds but I knew the valance would cover them so I wasn't to concerned but I do think they need to wrap something around the blind and not just put them in the box, I purchased (2) inside mount blinds. And, I love the blinds except they are very noisy (more than normal) when pulled up. My problem is the crown molding valances were to short. If i adjusted them to cover the hardware on the ends then there was a 1" gap in the middle. I called customer service and he had a answer for everything. All he suggested is that I spend the extra money to purchase the one piece valance. I am 59 yrs. old and have been ripped off more than once in my life but what happened to their "fit or free guarantee". I would have been a good customer down the road because I am replacing the blind on all my windows. All they had to do is send me valances that cover at each end and no gap in the middle. Well they just lost a lot of money from me and what would have been a good customer down the road.”

“This is my 2nd order of faux wood blinds due to the great quality for the money. I particularly like the option of 2 or 3 on 1 headrail. My only critique is that the blinds should be encased in bubble wrap in the shipping box.”

“These are quality blinds with the custom look one wants. I installed them myself and it was a breeze. I love the magnetic valances....so much easier than the old clip version. If ever I need more blinds I will definitely order these!”
