“Easy to order and lots of fallow ups to make sure your order is correct before making them. They are hard to pull down. You have to use both hands to retract the blinds. Did not like the Valances. They didn't have sides to cover that area, and I had inside mounts. So I had to use my old one that I had to paint to match the new blinds. Customer service was great.”
