“I've heard about Blindster for years on Rush Limbaugh's show. When we moved into a new house and needed a few blinds, I thought I'd give Blindster a try. The blinds arrived quickly and well packed. They were easy to install and look wonderful. They are built to a much higher standard than the blinds we replaced.”

“I researched other blind companies and they wanted thousands of dollars for what I did through blister for about $800. I was pleasantly surprised with the quality and how easy they went up. All my my guests have complimented on how great the faux wood blinds are. I will definitely purchase through them again!”

“Packing needs to be improved. Blinds were bent on end and one of the clear plugs that hold the strings in the bottom was missing. No damage to the box was evident. Did not notice damage until unboxed the blinds.”

I'm sorry you had a problem with ship damage. Controlling ship damage is one of the biggest challenges for our factories. Window coverings are heavy and oddly shaped when compared to most packages. I'm glad you were able to get everything fixed. I will contact you directly to see if everything is still OK.
