“The blinds are very good quality for the price and they were easy to install. They make the rooms they were installed in look much better. My only small complaint is that the one for my living room was a little longer than I ordered so it sits funny at the bottom of the window and that kind of bugs me. I didn't return it because it is a huge (95" long) blind and it's too much of a hassle to return it and I don't want the window bare all that time. Other than that I am completely satisfied and I would definitely purchase blinds from them again.”

I'm sorry you had a problem with 1 of your blinds. Horizontal blinds are made at least to the height orders plus up to 3/4" extra because you are working with 2" wide slats. If your blind is too long, you can just raise the blind up until it does not rest on the window sill and lock it in place or remove the bottom slat (we have instructions). I will contact you directly to see what we can do to get this fixed for you.

“I would HIGHLY recommend Blindsters to friends, family and the general public looking for Quality and Value in window coverings. Blindsters' staff are helpful and knowledgeable. I was surprised and pleased that their staff is based in Texas (rather than overseas countries) and their business hours are limited to M - F during normal American business hours.”
