“We did not know anyone who had used blindster before, but we are very happy we tried it out! The blinds we ordered were shipped quickly and fit the windows perfectly. We have had them up for about a month now and have had no issues. The hardware the blinds come with is good quality compared to store bought blinds. I would definitely recommend blindster!”

I do show that you ordered 2 times (13 1/2 hours apart). You can return one of the orders to us for a refund of the cost of the blind under our Satisfaction Guarantee. I will email you the details for returning the extra blind.

I'm sorry you had a problem with your order. Ship damage is one of the biggest challenges of our business. This is mainly because blinds are oddly shaped and generally very heavy. Not a good combination for shipping. Thank you for your patience and understanding.

“We ordered blinds for several windows in our house. Measuring was quick and easy, and the blinds fit great. I did order a sample beforehand, and I'm glad I did. Also, I had a typo and had to reorder one window. I was only charged the difference (34" vs 24" that I paid for) and shipping. If you are ordering outside mount, I would make sure you read the measuring instructions a couple times because they aren't super clear.”
