“I work in the customer service industry. Having said that good customer service is hardto come by. I recently purchased custom blinds and I could not have been more pleased with the process! The first blinds did not fit and the people at Blindster made the process of re- ordering Soooo easy! I Do wish the valance did not look so much like plastic but when you put it up you can barely tell. I will only ever shop here for all my blind needs. Thank you!”

“The blinds look very nice, and seem sturdy. They've been up for 3 days, and I just ordered more. I have two complaints, though. First, there are 3 really big stickers on EACH blind, and I can't get them off. Try to do this before hanging, because it's impossible once they're up. ARGH. Also, they don't sit completely flush across the top when raised all the way up. In other words, there's a 3/4 inch to 1 1/4 inch gap at the top which looks messy to me. I'm sitting at my desk looking at them now, and it's just annoying. But, I did just buy more because the value is great. I think the quality is fine. Not awe-inspiring, but not at all flimsy. A bargain that I'm very happy to have found.”

I'm sorry you were not completely satisfied with your order. I do understand your frustrations with the stickers on the blinds. We are required by Federal Law for Child Safety Regulations to put all of the stickers that you see on your corded blinds. I appreciate your understanding.
