I'm sorry the blind didn't fit. We can remake the blind in the correct size under our Fit or Free policy. We pay for the blind and you only pay the price difference (if there is any) plus $15 for shipping. We will contact you to get the correct size.

“We have gradually placed these blinds in every room and this was the last one. This was a double window and everything went and fit perfectly. A little longer in getting the blinds than normal due to the holidays but well worth the wait. Great company.”

“I got nothing but excuses from customer service when I complained that my order was over one week late. If the holiday season is going to jack up your delivery schedule, then make sure that the customer knows that before they submit the order. The production time of 5-7 days is supposed to give you an idea of which day the items might be delivered so that you don't have to take a day off to wait for the delivery person. I'm sorry you were disappointed with your service. I looked at the details of your order and see that it did take 2 extra days of product (production days do not count holidays or weekends). All of our factories do take additional time off over the Christmas and New Year's holidays. I apologize for the delay and than you for your patience.
