“Took around 1 week to ship out, overall quality and appearance is very good, not the same as name brand but if you consider the price, it's definitely worth it. Customer service is phenomenal, blinds were made wrong at the factory and they sent me a new set immediately. Whitney was excellent and I would definitely buy again!”

“I am thrilled with my new faux wood blinds. They look great, but even better,I received outstanding customer service when a glitch in the system sent me the routed instead of routless blinds. The staff was courteous and efficient in getting the replacement blinds to me. I received the new blinds in 3 days. I was repeatedly contacted to let me know their production status and to insure my satisfaction. This is probably the best online company I have dealt with, and definitely the best customer service, thank you Whitney.”
