“CUSTOMER SERVICE IS HARD TO REACH.I BEEN CALLING FOR A WEEK .tHE BLIND IS NOT A GOOD CUALITY,THE CORD CAME APART,THEY ONLY MADE GROVE IN ONE SIDE SO WHEN YOU CLOSE THE BLIND IST GO OUT OF ALIMENT.tHE ROPES DONT LOOK STRON.”

“The blinds arrived much earlier than expected, and I was very pleased with the quality and design. The only issues I had were 1) the box was ripped open completely at the end, and fortunately it was NOT the end with the bag of parts, or they would have been missing; 2) there were no instructions included, and I made a couple mistakes in installing the center support for the wide blinds (put support in center before realizing that there was a cord in the center, so had to move the support to one side, for example). Other than that, they were very easy to install, fit perfectly, and were definitely a product I would buy again!”

“Everything worked out as planned...and hoped. Blinds arrived as ordered on time..and good condition. I found a handyman to install. He was great. Overall I saved $254 from the quoted professional price on the five blinds.”
